Forged Fiber is seeking a Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of telecom, utilities, or construction experience to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. You will help ensure accurate project tracking, timely updates, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
Familiar with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Track project milestones and maintain current status updates.
Validate forecasted vs. actual dates and flag discrepancies.
Prepare and review project status summaries and milestone reports.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams.
Serve as a communication point between internal teams and partners.
