Cadence Technology Services, a nationwide telecommunications firm, is hiring a Project Coordinator in Town and Country, MO. You will work closely with our sales team, carriers, and clients to keep projects on track and deliver a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and people-oriented, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn as you support scheduling, logistics, and onsite implementations across local client sites.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, written and oral.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with sales teams, providers, and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and basic PC literacy.

Aufgaben

• Oversee project development from conception to completion.
• Interface with carriers/vendors.
• Scheduling of third parties/vendors.
• Customer communication and updates.
• Coordinate equipment orders and logistics for installs.
• Educate and elevate: Help our customers understand the technology available to them and how to best leverage it for their needs.
• Manage complex tasks that require independent problem solving within a provided framework.
• Document services and installations by keeping accurate records.
• Travel to client sites (locally) to meet third party vendors and ensure a smooth installation.
• Participate in installs and onsite project implementation.
• Conduct troubleshooting of technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them.
