North Sky Communications is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in Fremont, CA to join our team. You will sit at the center of communication between project managers, field crews, and major clients, ensuring smooth workflows and on-time updates.

You’ll track timelines, manage data, and prevent bottlenecks by coordinating daily tasks with the Operations Program Manager. The role requires strong Excel, Office, and Google Workspace skills, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced telecom

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years in project administration/coordination is required.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks for telecom construction projects and monitor milestones.
• Serve as the main liaison between project managers, field crews, subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Review and log high volumes of data and ensure accuracy across datasets and photos.
• Support billing and payroll data checks and assemble job packets.
