Job summary

Professional Search Group OC in Orange County is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate projects from kickoff to completion, support operational workflows, and maintain excellent customer service in a dynamic IT environment.

You will act as the main point of contact between internal teams, clients, and telecommunications carriers (AT&T, Lumen, Spectrum, Cox, Verizon, Comcast), overseeing service orders, billing issues, and documentation, while

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience working with telecommunications carriers preferred.
• Experience coordinating with multiple carriers (AT&T, Lumen, Spectrum, Cox, Verizon, Comcast).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects from initiation through completion.
• Serve as liaison for carrier management and billing inquiries.
• Receive project requests from internal sales and operations and manage lifecycle.
• Coordinate with telecommunications carriers to ensure timely service implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, risks and action items; report progress to stakeholders.
• Support accounting functions including expense reconciliation and reporting.
