Job summary

DCOMM Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and closeout of telecommunications construction projects across multiple customers and markets.

You will partner with Project Managers, Construction Managers, operations leaders, customers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination, construction administration, or related experience.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent construction or telecommunications projects.
• Strong scheduling, financial tracking, and lifecycle management skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Coordination – administrative lead for multiple telecommunications construction projects.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, WIP, committed costs, production reporting, and invoicing.
• Maintain schedules, meeting minutes, permits, material requests, as-builts, change orders, and closeout packages.
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors, inspections, and customer milestones.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements for risk and impact assessments.
• Support timely customer invoicing through accurate documentation.
• Review project documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Recommend workflow and reporting improvements.
• Provide guidance and support to Project Coordinators and back-office staff.
• Support operational excellence and business objectives.
