Job summary

Two Six Technologies seeks a Director of Program Management – Telecommunications Lead to guide strategic, high-value DoD/IC projects from Arlington, VA. You will direct planning and execution of multi-million dollar programs and mentor a high-performing team, driving ~20% YoY growth via robust governance and capture activity.

The role requires deep technical understanding of 5G/6G, private 5G, and resilient wireless architectures, with strong stakeholder management and risk control.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 12+ years in program management, technical management, or systems engineering in defense/IC.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle capture and proposal efforts to drive revenue growth (~20% YoY).
• Technical understanding of 5G/6G/FutureG, private 5G, Open RAN, resilient wireless infrastructure.
• Profit/Loss and risk responsibility for programs of $10M+ with strict budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and execution of high-visibility, mission-critical programs ($10M+) across the telecommunications portfolio.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage P&L, financial risk, and budgets with EAC/ETC tracking while growing the pipeline ~20% YoY.
• Serve as primary operational contact for COTRs and government stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Lead full-lifecycle proposals, capture reviews, partnerships, and roadmapping for 5G/6G and next-gen wireless capabilities.
• Establish governance, processes, and resourcing for sustained program success.
