Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Director of Program Management – Capability Development and Effects Lead to guide the Trusted Electronics & Effects team in Herndon. You will lead full-lifecycle proposals, manage multi-million dollar programs, and partner with government stakeholders to transition research into operational capabilities.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial discipline, and strategic roadmapping across RF, UHF, VHF, and SATCOM domains.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance.
12+ years of experience in program management, technical management, or systems engineering in defense/intelligence.
Understanding of reverse engineering, embedded systems, vulnerability research, and AI evaluation frameworks & tools.
Proven experience with profit/loss and financial risk management on $10M+ programs with EAC/ETC tracking and proposal leadership.
Track record of leading full lifecycle capture and proposals to drive revenue growth and pipeline growth (~20% YoY).

Responsibilities

Direct planning and execution of high-visibility, mission-critical programs ($10M+) across RF and wireless technology.
Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
Manage profit/loss and budgets with EAC/ETC tracking and ~20% YoY growth target.
Serve as primary operational contact for COTRs and government stakeholders.
Lead full-lifecycle proposals, capture milestones, strategic partnerships, and roadmapping for RF/SATCOM capabilities.
