Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with transformers, generators, and circuit breakers.
• Proficiency in power system analysis software.
• Strong understanding of schematics, fiber optics, radio systems, and electrical components.
• Knowledge of MV and LV electrical systems.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical schematics and power distribution plans for telecom sites.
• Manage installation and maintenance of critical power equipment.
• Lead battery lifecycle management and replacement programs.
• Engineer resilient power distribution with renewable energy integration.
• Research and prototype emerging technologies; SDN alignment.
• Run tests for signal strength, latency, and bandwidth.
• Ensure compliance with federal telecom and electrical safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot faults and implement infrastructure upgrades.
