Qualifications

• Experience in permit coordination or a related field, preferably in telecom or construction.
• Ability to read engineering plans, walkouts, and navigate CAD maps.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS, Public Works and construction project experience is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering plans to identify and secure necessary permits for upcoming projects.
• Meticulously track project progression, adhering to client procedures and timelines.
• Proactively communicate with clients, municipalities and stakeholders with professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams, providing guidance and training to drive continuous improvement.
