Job summary

HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital is seeking a Telecom Operator PRN to join our healthcare team in Port Charlotte, FL. You will handle multiple incoming calls, gather information, and transfer callers to the correct extensions while providing essential information to callers as needed.

You will monitor PBX alarms, perform overhead paging, and respond quickly to disaster situations. You will help maintain on-call directories to ensure rapid communication across hospital operations.
