Job summary

AFL Telecommunications, LLC in Mint Hill, NC is seeking an Operation Manager to lead the overall operations of structured cabling and low-voltage projects. You will guide Construction Managers and field teams to deliver safely, on time, and within budget, driving profitability and continuous improvement.

The role requires strategic, financial, and people leadership across departments, with a focus on forecasting, governance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large operations teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects with budgets and forecasts.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project teams to deliver telecom and low-voltage projects.
• Manage profitability, budgeting, revenue recognition, and financial results.
• Conduct monthly WIP reviews and forecast updates.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Construction Managers and Technicians.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Safety, and HR.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
