Job summary

TheCorporate in Fairfield, CA is seeking an IT Product Specialist to act as the Network Planning and Design expert for telecom/IP network designs within the Telecom Network Portal. You will gatekeep all designed work in TNP and ensure accuracy in the Network Resource Process for engineers, drafters, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA Network certification
• 4 years supporting and administering enterprise tools in a NOC or IT Network & Telecom Operations environment.
• 1 year of experience with discovery or modeling operations support systems.

Responsibilities

• Gatekeeper for IT operations engineering for complete planning and design work within TNP.
• Review Network Resource Process (NRP) submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide hands-on technical support to engineers, architects, drafters, and project stakeholders.
• Analyze clearance impacts and coordinate post-clearance changes.
• Collaborate with IT Product Specialists on system health checks and production support.
• Mentor and train IT operations engineers and technicians.
