Job summary

TheCorporate in Fairfield, CA seeks an IT Product Specialist to act as the Network Planning and Design expert for telecom/IP network designs and records. You will gatekeep NRP submissions, review engineering work, and ensure complete, accurate documentation across TNP.

Collaborate with engineers, drafters, and IT Product Managers to maintain data integrity across platforms. You will provide hands-on support, enforce design quality, and mentor engineers while driving process improvements for

Qualifications

• Professional experience supporting enterprise IT operations tools in a NOC or IT network/telecom operations environment.
• Experience with discovery or modeling operations support systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit Network Resource Process submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide hands-on technical support to engineers, architects, drafters, and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate to ensure telecom/IP network designs are complete, accurate, and synchronized across systems.
• Develop CI views, policies, and reporting for configuration management.
• Mentor IT operations engineers and technicians.

Education
