Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, mobility, vendor management, project management, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors and managed service providers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site retail, corporate, and distribution center environments.

Responsibilities

• Govern and orchestrate telecom and mobility services with third-party providers.
• Serve as intake point for telecom/mobility requests and initiatives.
• Oversee Calero vendor performance and service levels.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews and risk mitigations.
• Provide regular status reporting to Retail Technology leadership.
