Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior network transformation specialist in the United States to lead design, build, and operate across the network lifecycle. You will advise on cross-domain access across fiber, wireless, and cable networks, and weave OSS into transformation programs using AI-enabled approaches. Travel up to 80% is expected.

The role requires 5+ years in C&M, 3+ years in network transformation, and a Bachelor’s degree, with strong stakeholder engagement and delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Communications & Media industry, with a focus on network/telecom clients
• Minimum of 3 years of experience advising on or delivering network transformation initiatives across lifecycle phases
• Experience across fiber/wireline, wireless (4G/5G, RAN) and/or cable networks
• Experience applying AI, GenAI or automation to network transformations
• Working knowledge of OSS as part of network transformation
• Experience engaging network stakeholders and translating tech shifts into roadmaps and investment cases
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on design, build, and operate leadership across the network lifecycle
• Advise on cross-domain access across fiber, wireless, and cable networks
• Integrate OSS considerations into transformation programs
• Leverage AI/GenAI for intelligent deployment and autonomous operations
• Engage CTOs and network teams to translate tech shifts into roadmaps
• Support origination and delivery with pipeline growth
• Lead strategic roadmaps and OSS/BSS modernization
• Build trusted client relationships and drive value quickly
• Travel up to 80%
