Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior consultant in New York to drive network-led transformation for Communications & Media clients. You will lead end-to-end lifecycle efforts—from design through operations—across fiber, wireless, and cable networks, leveraging AI and OSS capabilities.

You will engage with CTOs and Network Operations to translate technology shifts into roadmaps, contribute to both sales origination and delivery, and travel up to 80% as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Communications & Media industry, with a focus on network / telecom clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience advising on or delivering network transformation initiatives—spanning one or more phases of the network lifecycle (Design / Build / Operate)
• Experience across fiber/wireline, wireless (4G/5G, RAN), and/or cable networks, serving consumer and/or enterprise segments
• Experience applying AI, GenAI or agentic automation to network-led transformation—for example, AI-enabled design, intelligent deployment, autonomous/self-healing operations or next-generation NOCs
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Network lifecycle leadership across design, build, deploy, operate, and optimize.
• Multi-domain access expertise spanning fiber, wireless, and cable networks.
• OSS is integrated into transformation with inventory, provisioning, activation, and service assurance.
• AI-enabled design and autonomous deployment to scale intelligence across networks.
• Engage CTOs, Network Operations, and Engineering to translate tech shifts into roadmaps and investment cases.
• Contribute to origination and delivery—supporting offering development and pipeline growth.
• Craft strategies and translate into actionable roadmaps with deployment optimization.
• Build trusted client relationships and position Accenture as reinvention partner.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
