Job summary

Accenture Communications & Media Client Group seeks a senior network transformation consultant with deep experience across network lifecycle (design, build, operate) and multi-domain fiber, wireless, and cable networks. The role focuses on applying AI/GenAI to transform network design, deployment, and operations, engaging stakeholders to shape roadmaps and investment cases.

The position requires 5+ years in telecom consulting, 3+ years in network transformation, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Communications & Media industry, with a focus on network / telecom clients
• Minimum of 3 years of experience advising on or delivering network transformation initiatives—spanning one or more phases of the network lifecycle (Design / Build / Operate)
• Experience across fiber/wireline, wireless (4G/5G, RAN), and/or cable networks
• Experience applying AI, GenAI or agentic automation to network-led transformation—for example, AI-enabled design, intelligent deployment, autonomous/self-healing operations or next-generation NOCs
• Working knowledge of OSS (e.g., inventory, provisioning/activation, orchestration and service assurance) as an integral part of network transformation
• Experience engaging network stakeholders (e.g., CTO, Network Operations, Network/Capital Planning, Engineering) and translating technology shifts into roadmaps and investment cases
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Network lifecycle leadership across Design, Build, Operate.
• Lead across fiber/wireline, wireless, and cable networks.
• Apply OSS concepts to transformation projects.
• Scale AI-enabled design and autonomous operations.
• Engage CTOs and Network Ops to build roadmaps.
• Support origination and delivery with pipeline growth.
• Translate strategies into actionable deployment roadmaps.
• Build trusted client relationships across the network value chain.
• Travel up to 80% as needed.
