Job summary

Accenture Communications & Media Client Group seeks a senior network transformation consultant to advise operators, cable and fiber providers, and enterprises on designing, building, and operating next-generation networks using AI and OSS modernization.

You will lead cross-domain programs across fiber, wireless, and cable, translate technology shifts into roadmaps and investment cases, and drive observable improvements in cost, performance, and customer experience, with travel up to 80% as

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Communications & Media industry.
Minimum of 3 years of experience advising on or delivering network transformation initiatives—spanning one or more phases of the network lifecycle (Design / Build / Operate)
Experience across fiber/wireline, wireless (4G/5G, RAN), and/or cable networks, serving consumer and/or enterprise segments
Experience applying AI, GenAI or agentic automation to network-led transformation—for example, AI-enabled design, intelligent deployment, autonomous/self-healing operations or next-generation NOCs
Working knowledge of OSS (e.g., inventory, provisioning/activation, orchestration and service assurance) as an integral part of network transformation
Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Lead design, build, and operate phases of network transformation projects.
Engage with CTOs, Network Operations, and Engineering to build roadmaps and investment cases.
Translate technology shifts into roadmaps and investment cases.
Deliver measurable value through pipeline development and execution.
Drive cost optimization and improved customer experiences across networks.
