Accenture Communications & Media Client Group seeks a senior network transformation professional to lead comprehensive network lifecycle initiatives—from design to operation—across fiber, wireless, and cable domains. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Communications & Media industry, with a focus on network / telecom clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience advising on or delivering network transformation initiatives—spanning one or more phases of the network lifecycle (Design / Build / Operate)
• Experience across fiber/wireline, wireless (4G/5G, RAN), and/or cable networks
• Experience applying AI, GenAI or agentic automation to network-led transformation
• Working knowledge of OSS (inventory, provisioning/activation, orchestration and service assurance)
• Experience engaging network stakeholders and translating technology shifts into roadmaps and investment cases
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead network lifecycle transformation programs across design, build, deploy, operate, and optimize phases.
• Advise clients on multi-domain networks (fiber, wireless, cable) and converged architectures.
• Embed OSS/BSS considerations into modern network transformations.
• Apply AI/GenAI to design, deployment, and autonomous operations.
• Engage CTOs and Network Ops leaders to translate tech shifts into roadmaps and business cases.
• Support origination and delivery activities to drive value quickly.
• Develop actionable strategies and roadmaps for network rollout and optimization.
