Job summary

Accenture Atlanta is seeking a dynamic, network-focused consultant to drive transformation across the Communications & Media sector. You will partner with operators, cable and fiber providers, and enterprises to reinvent how networks are designed, built, and operated in an era defined by AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Communications & Media industry, with a focus on network / telecom clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience advising on or delivering network transformation initiatives—spanning one or more phases of the network lifecycle (Design / Build / Operate).
• Experience across fiber/wireline, wireless (4G/5G, RAN), and/or cable networks, serving consumer and/or enterprise segments.
• Experience applying AI, GenAI or agentic automation to network-led transformation.
• Working knowledge of OSS as part of network transformation.
• Experience engaging network stakeholders and translating tech shifts into roadmaps and investment cases.

Responsibilities

• Network lifecycle leadership across Design / Build / Operate from strategy to deployment and optimization.
• Drive multi-domain access across fiber/wireline, wireless, and cable networks for both consumer and enterprise segments.
• Integrate OSS considerations into network-led transformation and modernization efforts.
• Leverage AI, GenAI and automation to scale intelligent design and autonomous operations.
• Engage CTOs, Network Operations, Planning and Engineering to translate tech shifts into roadmaps and investment cases.
• Support origination and delivery—helping offer development, pipeline growth and project execution.
• Craft strategies and roadmaps for deployment optimization and OSS/BSS modernization.
