Ten4 is seeking a Marketing Manager in New Jersey to drive brand growth and digital presence. You’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives, content creation, social media, and website management in a hybrid role requiring occasional visits to our Baltimore, MD and Mt.

Laurel, NJ offices up to once a month. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of marketing experience in telecom channels, strong communication skills, and a hands-on, data-driven approach to campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in a business-to-business or telecom context.
• Strong understanding of the telecom sales channel and market trends.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans with measurable results.
• Experience with content creation, social media, and website management.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms and digital marketing analytics tools.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage a content calendar to grow Ten4’s social media and website content.
• Collaborate on product messaging and marketing campaigns.
