Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, systems, and networking. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues and gain exposure to broader infrastructure and network administration.

The role requires 3+ years of IT experience, strong troubleshooting, and familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN. A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities
