• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Maintain client and stakeholder communications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify and manage risks associated with the project.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Coordinate and execute kickoff meetings, technical meetings and customer meetings as needed.
• Produce project documentation (meeting minutes, action item register, project schedules, acceptance documentation).
• Monitor and report on progress to all stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as required.
