WorldNet Telecommunications in Guaynabo, PR seeks a Project Manager to lead telecom, cyber security, and IT service projects. You will define scope, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction through planning and execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of project management experience, plus strong communication, risk and change management skills. This is a full-time on-site position focused on client success and delivery excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
• Identify and manage risks associated to the project.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Coordinate and execute kick off meetings, technical meetings and customer meetings as needed to ensure proper planning and communication during the implementation.
• Produce project implementation documentation, including meeting minutes, action item register, project schedules, acceptance documentation, etc.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as required.

SUMMARY

Lead the planning and implementation of Projects of Telecom, cyber security, manage services and IT services, and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables to deliver Projects on time, on budget, and with Customer Satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
