Job summary

The Salvation Army seeks an Infrastructure Telecommunications Specialist to coordinate ISP/telco installs across the territory, syncing with local contacts, networks, and support teams. This on-site role requires organizing service moves, tracking TEM billing, and ensuring operational readiness of telecom projects.

Ideal candidates have extensive telecom management experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of college in a business or communication related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Telecom or managing Telecom and ISPs and/or low voltage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule ISP and telco installs and disconnects.
• Verify TEM billing and contract details with Finance.
• Schedule low voltage contractors for customer side services.
• Update telecom project installation checklists and databases.
• Respond to outages and coordinate with Network/Voice teams.
