Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory - Cascade Division is seeking an Infrastructure Telecommunications Specialist to coordinate ISP and telco installs across the territory. You will schedule with site contacts, control POTS lines, and manage network/voice coordination for upgrades and outages.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in telecom management, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of college in a business or communication related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Telecom or managing Telecom/ISPs and/or low voltage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule ISP/telecom installations and upgrades for local units.
• Review TEM bills and carrier reports for anomalies or changes.
• Update telecom database and generate routine service/site reports.
