Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer – Level III to perform installation, removal, and maintenance of Central Office, Telecom and Wireless equipment, including transmission, power and fiber systems, with supervision.

You will join installation teams at customer sites nationwide, operate tools and read installation schematics, while adhering to TP76300 standards and safety guidelines. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years installation experience or equivalent training.
• AT&T Central Office installation practices a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Be part of installation teams at customer locations across the country.
• Operate vehicles, hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts and test equipment.
• Master installation skills per Telco Standard TP76300 and perform duties of Installer Level III or II.
• Maintain safety, read schematics, and apply installation documents.
• Travel across the US; ensure on-site organization and equipment readiness.
