Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking a Telecommunications Lead Installer - Level IV to manage installation, reconfiguration, removal, and maintenance of Central Office equipment including Transmission, Power, Infrastructure and Fiber systems. You will supervise a crew and ensure high-quality execution under limited supervision.

Responsibilities include testing, turn-up, and documentation, plus coordination with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years installation experience with leadership experience.
• High school diploma with two years technical schooling or equivalent.
• Must have proficient laptop skills and ability to read instructions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Central Office equipment with minimal supervision.
• Lead and supervise installation crew to ensure quality and safety.
• Read and apply procedures, specs, floor plans, and wiring documents; document test records.
