Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer – Level III to perform installation, removal, and maintenance of Central Office, telecom and wireless equipment nationwide. You will work with Transmission, Power, and Fiber systems, traveling to customer sites and using ladders, test equipment, and power tools.

The role requires 3+ years of installation experience, knowledge of AT&T Central Office practices is a plus, and a valid driver's license with travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years installation experience in telecom or related field.
• Experience with AT&T Central Office installation practices is a plus.
• DC power installation experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, understand installation documents, schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, and maintain telecom equipment in customer locations.
• Operate vehicles, hand/power tools, ladders, and test equipment.
• Follow Telco TP76300 standards and safety procedures.
• Identify and route cables for power and data, in various spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and compliance with policies.
