Job summary

Pearce Services is a technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for critical infrastructure across North America. The Telecommunications Equipment Installer – Level III role involves installing, removing, and maintaining Central Office, Telecom, and Wireless equipment with supervision.

The position requires 3+ years of installation experience, the ability to work with power and data systems, and willingness to travel across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years installation experience or equivalent.
• Experience with AT&T Central Office installation practices a plus.
• DC Power installation experience a plus.
• Ability to read and apply installation documents and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Be part of installation teams at customer locations across the country.
• Operate vehicles, hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and test equipment.
• Follow Telco Standard TP76300 and install various power and fiber systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of on-site areas.
• Travel within the region and US as needed.
