Job summary

Pearce is a leading provider of asset management solutions for critical infrastructure across North America. The Telecommunications Equipment Installer – Level III will perform installation, removal, and maintenance of Central Office, Telecom and Wireless equipment, including Transmission, Power and Fiber systems, with supervisory oversight.

The role requires hands-on installation skills across AC/DC Power, fiber, data equipment, and requires reading technical documents, using a laptop, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years installation experience or equivalent.
• Experience with AT&T Central Office installation practices a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret installation documents, schematics, and specifications.
• Proficient laptop/computer skills; MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Be part of installation teams at customer locations across the country.
• Operate vehicles, hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and test equipment.
• Read and apply job/equipment specifications and installation documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of on-site storage and work areas.
• Travel within home region and across the US; international travel a plus.
