Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is hiring entry-level telecom technicians to install and maintain residential and commercial services, including internet, video, voice, and alarm systems. You will undergo paid training (4–8 weeks) at $12.00/hour, then transition to production pay with a 4–6 day workweek and potential overtime.

Safety and quality are emphasized throughout the role. You will perform installations, quality checks, PPE usage, and customer education while growing skills in new technologies

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in telecom or broadband field operations
• Experience with cable, internet, and voice installations a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecom/broadband services from street to home
• Perform quality checks to meet client standards
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for customers
• Maintain records of work and used equipment
• Operate company vehicles safely
• Communicate service details and address concerns
• Stay updated on new technologies and installation techniques
• Educate customers on self-help options
• Identify opportunities for upgrades
