Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC in Gainesville, FL is looking for a motivated Cable Installer to join our field team and support home and business customers with telecom and broadband services. You will install, test, and troubleshoot internet, video, voice, and alarm systems while following safety and quality standards.

We offer paid training (4–8 weeks), training pay $14/hour, and overtime opportunities after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years telecom or broadband field experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecom and broadband services from street to home, including internet, video, voice, and alarm systems.
• Perform quality checks of the work to ensure installations meet client standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use proper PPE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment, consumables used.
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
