Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking an Installation/Operations Manager in the Wilmington, DE area to oversee day-to-day operations, headcount, KPI’s, P&L and budgets for the assigned region. You will hire, train and develop team members, motivate the field crew, and work in the field to understand and improve performance.

The role requires 4+ years in broadband installation with 2+ years in leadership, willingness to travel up to 60%, and a commitment to safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of broadband telecommunications industry experience, specifically in installation.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with driving business strategy, KPI and P&Ls.
• Ability to travel in market and up to 60% of the time.
• Open to a variety of schedules and accessible outside of normal business hours as needed.
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in-person or virtually.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to give feedback; positive and negative when needed.
• Strong desire to grow and develop team members.
• Safety and physical requirements including standing up to 70% and ladder work safety.
• Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID; a driver's license if driving is required.
• Pre-employment checks including MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen.
