Job summary

Bigham Cable Construction seeks Install Laborers to perform telecommunications installations and service calls at customer sites. You will use hand tools, ladders, and diagnostic equipment to complete tasks, while following safety procedures and wearing PPE.

Outdoors, you will work with a team to install and service projects, climb ladders and poles as needed, and contribute to a safety-first culture. Training is provided; long-term career growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Perform telecommunications installations and service calls at customer premises.
• Use hand tools, ladders, and electronic diagnostic and installation equipment to complete assigned work.
• Work safely at heights, including climbing ladders and utility poles, following safety procedures and PPE.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations and service work efficiently and accurately.
