Bigham Cable Construction is seeking an Install Laborer to join our field team. This entry-level role supports telecommunications installations at customer premises, using hand tools and equipment, and gaining hands‑on training in a range of environments.

You'll work Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, with weekly pay and a safety-first culture. No prior experience is required beyond a high school diploma or GED, and opportunities for growth exist across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Strong ability to work independently and contribute in team environments.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform telecommunications installations and service calls at customer premises.
• Use hand tools, ladders, and electronic diagnostic and installation equipment to complete assigned work.
• Work safely at heights, including climbing ladders and utility poles, while following all safety procedures and using required PPE.
• Communicate professionally with customers, providing information and guidance on products, services, and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete installations and service work efficiently and accurately.
