Job summary

Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Laborer to join our Telecom Underground team. You will participate in loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment as part of underground construction projects.

You will help install underground telecom cabling, operate construction equipment, and maintain clean work areas while communicating clearly with the team. Daily production reports, site restoration, and weather-adapted work are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate hand tools and utility trucks safely.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation for underground telecom construction.
• Install underground telecommunications cabling.
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas.
• Clearly communicate with all team members.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Support site restoration efforts.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
