Job summary

Pearce Services in Santa Margarita, CA, is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. The role requires travel, after-hours availability, and strong self-motivation in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Must hold Level 2 EPA certification and have 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience; basic knowledge of refrigeration systems is a plus. A safety-first mindset and ability to communicate via email are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Strong communication skills via verbal and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems—diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install components.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls including after-hours and weekend calls.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
• Operate company vehicle safely per handbook and insurance requirements.
