Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a regional position; candidates should reside in the Santa Margarita, California area.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install components; perform regular maintenance; respond to calls including emergencies; and maintain daily reports. Pearce offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health and life

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per Pearce policies.
