Job summary

Pearce is seeking a Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on cell towers across the region. The role favors independent, self-starting professionals who can travel and work a demanding schedule.

You will diagnose, repair, install components, and perform routine maintenance while adhering to safety rules. Two or more years in generator maintenance and hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair.
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain generators, diagnose and repair problems, install/replace components or systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and readiness checks on generators.
• Install fuel/water lines, pumps, electrical wiring and controls, test operation.
• Be on call 24/7 when required and respond promptly to alarms.
• Observe safety practices and attend designated training.
