Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Telecom Foreman (OSP/ISP or related construction).
• Strong understanding of telecommunications construction standards and practices.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of telecom construction crews.
• Interpret and work from construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Plan and execute project tasks including conduit installation and fiber placement.
• Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.
