Job summary

A telecom company is seeking a full-time OSP Construction Project Engineer to manage Outside Plant construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of safety regulations. This role requires frequent onsite presence and collaboration with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely and on time. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ technical experience in OSP Engineering, Construction, or Operations.
• Valid, fully unencumbered Driver’s License required.
• Independent work habits and proactive initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local subcontractor partners.
• Track crew progress and report to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project management experience
