Job summary

Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Telecom Foreman to oversee overhead telecom systems and pole removals. You will manage a small crew, operate derrick diggers and bucket trucks, and ensure safety and efficiency in outdoor environments across multiple locations.

Travel throughout Northeast Ohio, Indiana, and Western Pennsylvania is required, with lodging provided. Competitive hourly pay and per diem enhance this demanding field role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of aerial lineman and pole climbing experience preferred.
• Valid CDL A and DOT medical card.
• OSHA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate derrick digger and aerial lift truck with trailer.
• Lead a small crew for telecom transfers and pole removals.
• Train others on proper equipment operation.
• Locate and troubleshoot telecom cables.
• Complete paperwork, timesheets, and logs.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
