Qualifications

• 1+ years of aerial line or telecom pole experience preferred.
• CDL A license and DOT medical card required.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to lead a crew.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of overhead telecom systems and poles.
• Operate derrick digger and bucket trucks; train others.
• Travel across NE Ohio, IN, and Western PA with lodging provided.
• Complete paperwork, timesheets, and logs accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Lead a small crew during telecom transfers and pole removals.
• Respond to incidents and document investigations.
