Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; telecom experience preferred.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers professionally to assist with installations and repairs.
• Install and repair business and residential internet, video, and telephone services.
• Complete service orders and maintenance records accurately and on time.
• Perform site surveys and assist with wiring and equipment installations.
• Support with network equipment maintenance and project work as needed.
• Participate in on-call shifts for after-hours support.
