Job summary

PERFECTVISION in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Connected Solutions Field Supervisor to lead on-site service teams responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom systems at multiple sites. The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and travel.

You will manage field technicians, coordinate with partners, and monitor performance to ensure timely, high-quality service. Overnight travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Three to five years in a Field Technician role.
• Experience leading others and coordinating field teams.
• Familiarity with ISP/OSP plant operations, RF distribution systems, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site servicing, diagnostics and repairs for telecom systems at multiple sites.
• Manage and train technicians; identify problems and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with partners and fulfillment teams to ensure timely orders and high quality service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners and regional management.
• Travel up to 75% as required and supervise daily field operations.
