Tiger Team Telecom Corp is seeking a foreman/technician to lead on-site telecom installations, maintenance, and field support. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with field leadership to keep projects moving and to ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

Travel is required full-time with on-site duties. You will coordinate daily activities, assist technicians in resolving issues, and document outcomes across telecom systems while upholding safety across sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on telecom, network, or related field technician experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform effective repairs.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude with field tools.
• Ability to work onsite in physically demanding conditions.
• Clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Updated certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in field activities, including installations and maintenance of telecom equipment and systems.
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and test system performance for reliability.
• Coordinate work priorities in the field and assist with scheduling and crew coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work done, materials used, and outcomes.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture on each site.
