Job summary

TriTechne, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Laborer - Telecom to lead aerial and underground telecom construction, mentor junior crews, and ensure safety and efficiency on site.

This role requires advanced field experience and the ability to operate trenchers and mini-excavators. The ideal candidate will train junior laborers, interpret construction drawings, and participate in on-call rotations with travel to project sites, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Advanced field experience in telecom/construction.
• Ability to lead small labor teams and mentor juniors.
• Willingness to travel and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform conduit, handhole, and cable placement tasks.
• Lead labor teams and report progress to foremen.
• Operate trenchers, tampers, and mini-excavators safely.
• Safely work around active fiber and copper cables.
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate execution.
• Train junior laborers on safe work practices.
• Travel to project sites, including overnight stays.
