The Tiger team foreman / technician is responsible for leading on-site technical work while ensuring installations and maintenance are performed safely, accurately, and in line with operational standards. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with field leadership to keep projects moving and to ensure team performance meets customer and internal expectations.
Working onsite while travelling full time. You will coordinate daily activities, support technicians in resolving issues, and contribute to high-quality outcomes across telecom systems and related infrastructure.
Lead and participate in day-to-day field activities, including installations, inspections, and maintenance of telecom equipment and systems.
Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and test system performance to ensure services operate reliably.
Coordinate work priorities in the field and assist with task scheduling, job progression, and crew coordination.
Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and troubleshooting outcomes.
Follow all safety procedures and support a strong safety culture on every job site.
Proven experience in hands-on telecom, network, or related field technician work.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and complete repairs effectively.
Strong mechanical/technical aptitude with comfort working with field tools and equipment.
Ability to work onsite and perform job duties that may be physically demanding, including climbing and working at heights when required.
Reliable judgment, professionalism, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
Updated certifications
Experience providing field leadership, including directing daily tasks and mentoring technicians.
Familiarity with telecom installation and maintenance practices across varied service environments.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, schematics, and technical instructions.
Experience with quality-focused execution and maintaining consistent documentation standards.
