Instrata Technologies, LLC. seeks a Lead Technician to oversee telecom installations, lead on-site teams, and ensure project excellence across voice, data, fiber, and structured cabling. You will install and test cables while guiding technicians and enforcing safety on every site.

You will also communicate with clients, manage documentation, and help keep projects on time and within budget. This role blends hands-on work with leadership and field coaching.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on telecom cabling, TCP/IP networks, CCTV, wireless, and access control.
• Ability to install, terminate, and test low-voltage and fiber optic cables.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Familiar with ANSI/TIA/EIA cabling standards and NEC.

Responsabilités

• Own the installation: install, terminate, label, and test all cabling types.
• Train and mentor technicians on safety, quality, and methods.
• Drive safety and compliance to Instrata/customer standards.
• Manage deliverables: SoW, schedule, budget, diagrams, QA checklists, closures.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and other lead techs.
• Adapt in the field to scope, schedule, or resources changes.
